1. Place Your Deposit

Select your Makeover package to process your 50% deposit payment to get started. Add the package of your choice to your shopping cart and check out. You will receive and email form where you will select your finish, aging level and upgrades.

* Deposits & Scheduling
To reserve a spot in our production schedule, we require a deposit.
Because we can only take on a limited number of projects each year, deposits secure your position in our queue and allow us to allocate time and resources for your project.

For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable. If circumstances change and you are unable to proceed with the work, your deposit may be applied as credit toward future work within 12 months.

All deposits are applied toward the final balance of the project.

2. Ship Your Guitar

Once you receive confirmation, pack your guitar in a sturdy box with plenty of bubble wrap and ship it to Historic Makeovers using the following address. Make sure you detune the guitar before boxing it. If you need help with packing and shipping, please call us, and we will guide you through it.

*When possible, please use a more protective case to ship your guitar. Although Lifton style cases are beautiful, they do not always offer the protection you'd expect from a modern case. Using two boxes will also give you another level of protection for your instrument.
